Straight-talking pricing
A fixed price agreed before we start, a flat monthly fee once it’s live, and nothing per person. Not VAT registered, so the price we quote is the price you pay.
Three sizes of system
Every quote is fixed after a proper scoping session. These are the starting points.
SystemWhat it coversBuild, fromLooked after
PilotOne workflow or one part of the businesse.g. van checks with defect photos, or job sheets with signatures£2,500to build£150 a month to look after it
CoreTwo to four workflows, crew phones and an office viewe.g. job sheets, van checks, holiday requests and a weekly plan£4,000to build£200 a month to look after it
Ops appThe whole operation: five or six tools working togethere.g. scheduling, job sheets, vehicles, staff records, documents and reports£6,000to build£250 a month to look after it
BiggerSeveral depots, connections to systems you already use, or something unusual.Same fixed-price approach. Let’s talk.
- A £300 scoping session first: we map how you work and give you a written plan and a fixed price. It comes off the build in full if you go ahead, and the plan is yours either way.
- Half on signing, half when the system is live. The monthly fee starts on the day it goes live, not before.
- The build includes mapping how you work, building it, moving your existing records across, and showing your team how to use it.
What the monthly fee pays for
It follows the size of the system, not the number of people using it.
Included
- Hosting, with your data stored in London.
- Checks every five minutes, and I’m told the moment it stops answering.
- Nightly encrypted backups, test-restored every week.
- Daily security checks and errors caught as they happen.
- A plain-English report on the first of every month.
- Fixes if anything breaks.
- Up to two hours of small changes a month: a new field, different wording, a tweak to a report. Unused hours don’t roll over.
Not included
- New features or whole new parts of the system. Those get their own fixed price, agreed before we start.
Against per-user subscriptions
Field-service platforms usually charge £45 to £80 per person per month. Here’s three years for a 12-person team.
- Off-the-shelf at £80 per user£34,560
- Off-the-shelf at £45 per user£19,440
- An Evryday ops app£15,000
Ops app: £6,000 once plus £250 a month for 36 months. Subscriptions: 12 people × the monthly price × 36 months, based on published UK list prices for comparable platforms (September 2026). And the subscription goes up every time you hire.
The honest limit: if all you need is quoting, scheduling and invoicing, and you’re happy to work the way a standard tool works, off-the-shelf is usually cheaper. We’ll say so.
If you ever stop
We’d rather earn your business every month than trap you.
- Your data
- Every table exports to a spreadsheet from inside the system, whenever you like, without asking. On request we’ll also hand over a full database copy and every uploaded file (job photos, signatures, signed documents) with an index of which job or person each belongs to. No charge, no reason needed.
- Notice
- Thirty days either way. The system stays live to the end of the period you’ve paid for, then goes read-only for 30 days so you can take everything out at your own pace.
- The code
- Your system is built on a core we’ve improved over every job, which is why it doesn’t take six months or cost £50,000. We keep ownership of that core and you get a permanent licence to use your system, whether or not you still pay for support. Anything built specifically for you is yours. To take the whole thing in-house, the handover price is the build price again or £6,000, whichever is higher.
